Wandering: Steam, Uyuni Bolivia

At dawn in the Reserva Eduardo Avoroa a national park in Uyuni Bolivia, at sub zero temperatures steam rises from the Sol de Manana geyser. Set at an altitude of 5,000m surrounded by boiling pools of mud and sulpher the high pressure jet of the geyser shoots steam from the earth to a great height. Two figures walk through the steam, which diminishes as temperatures rise later in the day.
